At Jewlez we strive to make every piece of personalized jewelry as precious and beautiful as the moment it commemorates.
If your item arrives damaged, incorrectly designed, or is simply not what you expected, please let us know immediately and we'll do our utmost to recreate it to your full satisfaction.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, all purchases made on our site are final. Since our products are custom made with your desired engravings, we do not accept returns unless there was an error on our end.
If you provided the wrong address upon ordering, which causes your order to be delivered to a different address, we are unable to offer a refund. If the order is sent back to us, we will happily re-send your order to the corrected address (reshipping fee will need to be paid).
99 Day Hassle Free Return Policy
All personalized items come with a 1 year warranty and a 99-hassle free return policy for the following reasons:
- If your personalized item breaks within a year after purchasing it, we’ll happily send you a new one based on inventory availability, no need to send it back to us.
- If your item is damaged upon delivery, no need to return the damaged item as well. Just contact us using the “Contact us” page with your order information and a photo of the damaged item, and we’ll send you a replacement.
If a return is needed outside of the 99 day window, we do not cover the return of shipping cost.
